Step 1: Initial Consultation

The service process begins with an initial consultation with the client. During this phase, I gather essential information about the client's business, goals, target audience, and specific design requirements. This is also the time to establish project timelines and budgets.

Step 2: Research and Ideation

Once the project is defined, I use Miro for brainstorming and collaborative ideation sessions. This involves creating mood boards, wireframe sketches, and mind maps to visualize ideas and concepts. Client feedback and input are encouraged during this phase to ensure alignment with their vision.

Step 3: Documentation and Requirements

I create detailed documentation using Google Docs to maintain clear communication and transparency. This includes project scope, objectives, design preferences, and any technical requirements. This document serves as a reference throughout the project to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Step 4: Design with Figma

With a solid understanding of the project's goals and requirements, I move to the design phase using Figma. Figma allows for collaborative design work, making it easy to share design concepts with clients and receive real-time feedback. I create high-fidelity mockups that incorporate branding elements, colour schemes, typography, and user interface components.

Step 5: Client Feedback and Iteration

After creating the initial mockup, I present it to the client for feedback. We engage in a collaborative review process using Figma's commenting and annotation features. I incorporate client suggestions and iterate on the design until it aligns perfectly with their vision and objectives.

Step 6: User Testing

Before finalizing the design, I conduct user testing on the interactive prototype. This involves gathering feedback from a small group of target users to identify any usability issues or areas for improvement. Insights from user testing are used to refine the design further.

Step 7: Finalization and Handoff

After addressing user feedback and making necessary adjustments, I finalize the design and prepare it for handoff. This includes exporting assets, generating code snippets, and creating design documentation. Clients receive all the necessary files and information to facilitate a seamless development process.

Step 8: Continued Support

Even after the project is completed and handed off, I provide ongoing support to clients. This includes assisting with any design-related queries, minor adjustments, or updates that may be required post-launch.

Step 9: Project Closure and Evaluation

Once the website is launched and operational, we conduct a project closure meeting to evaluate the entire process. This helps identify areas for improvement and ensures client satisfaction.
