Is your client list growing faster than your capacity to manage it? 🤝
Maybe your team is stretched, follow-ups are slipping, or your clients just aren't hearing from anyone consistently. That's where I come in. I'm not here to flood inboxes or run automated sequences — I reach out when it matters, stay on top of what's happening across your accounts, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What does working with me actually look like? 💡
I come from a background where I was the only person standing between 350+ clients and the rest of a $9 billion operation at Walker & Dunlop. That means I learned fast how to keep a lot of relationships organized without letting any single one feel neglected. I use a mix of notes, CRM logging, and familiarity with each account to stay sharp — not just a checklist. If something comes up that's outside my lane, I flag it immediately and loop in whoever can actually fix it. No ego, no delay.
What's included? 📋
Account Discovery Call: Before I touch anything, we talk. I want to understand your clients, your current process, and where things are breaking down. The right questions upfront save a lot of back-and-forth later — and make sure I'm managing accounts the way you would want them managed.
Account & CRM Review: After our call, I go through your client list, pull up what's in your CRM, and get a clear picture of where every relationship stands. I'll note what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and flag anything that looks like a risk before I start reaching out on your behalf.
Ongoing Account Management: This is the day-to-day. I reach out to clients when something needs attention — not just to fill a calendar. I track everything in your CRM, keep my own notes, and communicate in a way that feels personal, not automated. Your clients will know someone's actually paying attention.
What makes me different?
I'm not a "check the box" account manager. I care about whether the client actually feels taken care of — and I think that comes through in how I communicate. I'm direct, I stay organized without making it feel clinical, and I'm the kind of person clients feel comfortable calling when something's off. Tools-wise, I work in Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and Box — nothing exotic, just whatever helps me stay on top of your accounts efficiently.
Delivery and Workflow 📝
I'm available Monday through Friday, 3–7 PM PST. I'll adapt to whatever system you already have in place — I'm not coming in to rebuild your process, just to make it run better. Hourly works great if you want to start small and see how it goes. Retainer makes sense once we've found our rhythm and you want consistent, predictable coverage every week.
Ready to stop worrying about your accounts? Let's talk. 🤝
Account Discovery Call We get aligned before I touch anything — your clients, your process, your expectations.
Account & CRM Review I dig into your client list and CRM, flag what needs attention, and build my working picture of every account.
Ongoing Account Management Purposeful outreach, CRM tracking, issue escalation, and consistent communication — handled.
