User Journey Maps
User journey maps help you see a user's experience at each stage of their journey before, during, and after using your product. For example, a homebuyer might start their journey by feeling that they've outgrown their current place. We map out how they're thinking, feeling, and what they're doing at each stage. We then use this to understand how the product fits into their overall journey and look for opportunities for improvement or creating a valuable experience for them.
User Flow Diagrams
User flows are a quick and easy way to understand the actions and decisions that a user takes as they navigate around your product. Often, starting with user flows can help surface usability issues and clarify a project's minimum scope early in the process. That means less surprises for your team (and users!).
Wireframes
Wireframes are a low-fidelity way of expressing a design. It can help to solicit better feedback from stakeholders and users while not getting caught up in the details of visual design.
UI Design and Prototyping
