Process

Introductions: great creative collaborations require trust, so that's where we start: earn each others trust and define your goals for this collaboration.
Discovery: with your goals in mind we set off to discover what story to tell. Great brands aren't invented, we help shine the light on what's great already.
Strategy: A simple, unpretentious, summary of all of the above; what are your goals, the challenge to overcome, and how is your brand going to help you achieve those goals?
Brand Story & Verbal Identity: We bring the strategy to life through an engaging story. This will inform your tone of voice and describe how your team will communicate in a powerful and consistent way.
Visual Identity: We start off with extensive exploration, we’ll share ideas and reflections early and often. Together, we gradually hone in on the winning idea, and then pour all our love in crafting that direction. We plan in time for you to live with your work, and collect and share your feedback.
Application: Time to share your new brand with the world! We’ll work on the applications included in your scope of work, such as: website, SoMe templates, pitch decks, video content, etc.. This stage is usually pretty intensive, a lot of decisions need to be made as we work through bringing your assets to life.
Delivery: That’s it! We’ll make sure you have everything you need to use and evolve your brand over time, and will be available to support you where needed. We have retainer and clip-card solutions to make it easy to get support for ongoing tactical tasks.
