Project Kickoff & Timeline Setup
I will organize a kickoff session to understand your goals, scope, and team roles. You’ll receive a customized project plan with key milestones and deadlines using a tool of your choice (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, or Notion).
Task Assignment & Workflow Coordination
I’ll set up and manage task boards, assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure everyone knows what to do and when. I’ll also track task completion and flag bottlenecks early.
