You'll provide the blueprints and/or photos measures of the real estate project for us to develop the initial 3D environment (non interactive) and this can be the only thing to be requested by you. But, if you want to provide your clients more, you'll ask from us the interactive virtual real estate or shop or similar ones and we'll deliver an windows or mac application so that you can provide your clients a way of visiting them without the need of a real model / show home. On top of that, you can ask for additional features, like the possibility to change wall painting / wallpaper, tables, furniture, position of elements and so forth and so on.
