Process

1. Communication is paramount. You (from now on, Client) will write down and send us (from now on, Contractor) the scripts and specific details of your project to provide us with a clear reference point. Please note that this is important for both the Contractor and the Client so that both parties can easily refer back to the agreed-upon terms and avoid potential issues that could arise from audio conversations. Audio conversations may be conducted, but any information conveyed therein will not hold any practical validity in terms of the binding nature of the agreement unless you, the Client, subsequently write it down and send it to the Contractor in a timely manner.
2. Following this initial step, the Contractor will commence work on your project and, as presentable previews are completed, the Contractor will have them sent to the Client for approval or for modifications, in accordance with the Client's feedback. Therefore, to ensure adherence to deadlines, it is imperative that the Client responds to these previews as promptly as possible, enabling the Contractor to proceed to the next stages or to swiftly implement any necessary changes.
3. By default, the Client grants the Contractor irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free rights to use the materials created by the Contractor, and he, the Client, understands that this if for the Contractor to keep expanding its portfolio and demonstrate a solid commitment with updated work to the market. Similarly, by default, the "source files" will not be provided. However, if the Client wishes to withhold these rights or requires the source files of their project, please be advised that the price quotes provided for the services will be subject to increases as follows:
3a. Double the amount of the initial quote for the suppression of the rights granted to the Contractor; and
3b. 50% of the initial price, if the Client requests the source files.
4. In the event that the Client fails to pay for the service, in part or in full, the usage rights for the created materials and/or services provided will be automatically granted, irrespective of any other factor, prior or subsequent to the non-payment, in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of these terms, and the provision or non-provision of the source files will be at the sole discretion of the Contractor.
5. Previews will always be sent with a watermark covering the entire image, whereas the final files (videos or images) will be sent without the aforementioned watermark.
6. Omissions will be addressed, first and foremost, in an amicable manner between the parties to reach a peaceful consensus without undue inconvenience. If the disagreement persists, mediation through the portal where the services have been hosted will be initiated, followed by successive steps within the framework of international law or the most appropriate legal field. The Contractor shall be under no obligation to address any complaints if the Client initiates other proceedings before attempting to resolve any issues directly with the Contractor or skips the steps outlined herein at any stage of a potential legal process.
7. The jurisdiction of the Contractor's residence shall prevail for the resolution of any disputes, should the need arise for formal legal action.
