A brief is developed so that the client can deliver the necessary information to identify the formats, styles, and the corresponding layout of their project and in turn select which options are the most accurate for their requirement.

An instance of feedback is generated between the designer and the client, in order to talk, deliver suggestions from both parties and decide on the final changes to the design.

The proposal is delivered to the client after the changes are made after the feedback that was made and the desired result is reached by the designer and the client.
