At this stage, we collect all necessary personnel, materials, and information in order to effectively create a game plan moving forward. Frequent communication is imperative; especially at the start of a project to avoid hiccups down the line.

We begin going back and forth with initial designs, formulas, or writings. This is usually the longest stage in the development process that requires plenty of patience and perseverance. Once our visions align, we move to finalize without rushing.

Although the work for this particular project is done, it is important to ensure all bases have been properly covered and to take note of the entire process. Where did things go right? Where did they go wrong? How did we compromise? What did we learn? Where do we go from here?
