Process

1️⃣ Consultation & Briefing We start with a discovery session where I learn about your brand, target audience, and design preferences. You’ll provide details such as:

Business name & industry

Brand values & personality

Preferred colors, styles, and inspirations

2️⃣ Research & Concept Development I conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure your logo is both unique and relevant. Based on our discussion, I sketch out 3 initial concept drafts.

3️⃣ Concept Presentation You receive the 3 custom logo concepts, each with a brief explanation of the design choices. You choose one concept for refinement.

4️⃣ Revisions & Refinements I fine-tune the chosen concept, making necessary adjustments based on your feedback. You get up to three rounds of revisions to ensure the logo aligns with your vision.

5️⃣ Finalization & Delivery Once approved, I finalize the logo and prepare all necessary file formats for print and digital use. You will receive: ✅ High-resolution PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, and SVG files ✅ Color variations (full color, monochrome, and transparent background) ✅ A mini brand guide with color codes and typography recommendations

6️⃣ Post-Delivery Support Need help using your logo? I provide 30 days of free post-project support for minor adjustments or questions about file usage.

How does the design process work?
After an initial consultation, I will provide 3 concept drafts based on your input. You can select one for further refinements. The final design will be delivered in all required formats.
How many revisions do I get?
I offer three rounds of revisions to refine the chosen concept. Additional revisions can be requested at an extra cost.
How long does it take to complete a logo?
The standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days, including revisions. If you need a rush order, we can discuss expedited options.
What if I don’t like the initial concepts?
I aim to fully understand your vision beforehand, but if none of the initial concepts work, I can provide additional variations for a small extra fee.
Do I own the rights to the final logo?
Yes! Once finalized and delivered, you receive full commercial rights to your logo.
Can you redesign an existing logo?
Yes! If you have an outdated logo or need a refresh, I can modernize it while keeping its essence intact.
Do you provide refunds?
Due to the nature of design work, I do not offer refunds once concepts have been delivered. However, I ensure a collaborative process to meet your expectations.
