• UX & UI Design

  1. User Research & Discovery With in-depth user research and analyzing user behaviors, I learn about people's lives, hopes, and desires. My design research plan includes questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations, auto-ethnographies, competitive analysis, task analysis, etc. 2. Design Strategy & User Testing Here, I identify opportunities for designing, testing, and refining solutions. Personas and Journey maps are created based on the information collected during the user research phase. I Apply design heuristics and sketching to produce low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. 3. Visual Design & Implementation At this moment, I deliver the visual style, the style guide, and design systems. The end product will consistently result in design, layout, workflow, typography, iconography, and accuracy to the product's design principles and information architecture.
