Scope and timing

Live changes, migrations, restores, security configuration changes, production cutovers, and ongoing administration require an agreed scope and backup/recovery plan first. Destructive changes are outside a general consult. Follow-on implementation or ongoing technical support can be scoped separately. Typical summary delivery is within one week after the agreed intake is complete; dates are confirmed before booking.
