A lead list built for your offer, not pulled from an old database.
You tell me who your best customer is. I research matching companies from public sources such as company websites and public business listings, find the right decision maker where that is published, remove duplicates and give each row a one-line reason it fits.
What you get
• A CSV and Google Sheet: company, website, location, decision maker, role, business email where published, source link and fit reason
• Every email taken from a page where the company publishes it, with its source link; no guessed addresses
• A short note on what the public data could not show
How I work: I use AI tools to speed up the research, and I check the list myself before it is sent. I use public business sources only, never LinkedIn scraping or bought databases.
Not included: sending emails, promised replies or meetings, or personal consumer data. US companies and US-based contacts only. I do not build lists of people in the EU or UK. You are responsible for how you use the list, including CAN-SPAM, telemarketing rules and any other law that applies to your outreach.
Packages
• Pilot, $40, 2 days: 50 companies, decision maker named where the company publishes one, fit reason per row
• Test, $95, 4 days: 150 companies, decision maker named where the company publishes one, fit reason per row
• Scale, $195, 6 days: 200 companies, decision maker named where the company publishes one, fit reason per row
Questions
Where do the leads come from?
Public business sources: company websites, public business listings and directories. I do not scrape LinkedIn or resell bought databases. Every contact comes from a public business source, and each row lists the page it came from and the date it was collected.
Are the emails checked by a tool?
Not with a paid email-checking tool yet. Every email comes from a page where the company publishes it, and that source link sits in its own column. I never guess addresses; where none is published, the cell says so.
Will this get me replies or meetings?
I cannot promise replies or meetings. I deliver a researched list; replies depend on your offer and your outreach.
Do you send the emails?
No. This service is the list only. Sending stays with you, in line with anti-spam laws. If someone on the list asks not to be contacted, honour it and tell me; I remove them from all future lists.
What contacts are included?
Business contacts only: company addresses and work emails a company publishes for its staff. No personal emails, home addresses, personal phone numbers or consumer data.
Are the details current?
Contact details change. Each row is checked when collected, but I cannot guarantee every email is current or deliverable.
Before we start I need:
• Who is your ideal customer? Industry, company size, location and the job title you want to reach.
• What do you sell, in one or two sentences?
• Any companies to exclude, such as current customers or competitors?
• Any columns you need beyond the standard set?
How payment works: you pay through Contra when you book, and Contra holds the money until the work is delivered and you approve it.
