What if I don't like the design you deliver? / ¿Y si no me convence el diseño que me entregas?
I always work with a contract so that everything is clear from the start, so you can see all the details there. Even so, don't worry: I usually offer a partial refund for the work done up to that point. / Siempre trabajo con contrato para que todo quede claro desde el principio, así que ahí puedes ver todos los detalles. How do you handle refunds? / ¿Cómo gestionas los reembolsos?
I don't give full refunds, because there's time, creativity and work invested behind the scenes. What I do is be fair: if you decide to stop the project before exhausting the rounds of changes, you'll receive what has been done up to that point so that you always have a result at hand. / No hago reembolsos completos, porque detrás hay tiempo, creatividad y trabajo invertido. Here we will build the intangible foundation that will give meaning to everything else: your brand's purpose and values, your ideal customer and how to connect with them, tone of voice and communication style, personality, storytelling, and how you want to be perceived.
