Process

Discovery Call We’ll start with a call to ensure our partnership is a great fit for your project.
Booking & Questionnaire After booking, you’ll receive a custom proposal, schedule link, and detailed questionnaire to complete a week before we begin.
Web Strategy I’ll conduct an in-depth analysis of your goals and propose a website structure to enhance user experience, brand alignment, and customer engagement.
Submission of Assets Submit all website copy and photos before design starts. If needed, I can provide a copy guide and help with sourcing on-brand stock photos.
Homepage Design I’ll design a homepage mockup in XD or Figma for your approval before moving forward.
Design & Development I’ll build up to six key pages (e.g., Home, About, Services) with custom code to enhance usability and unique branding elements. Each page is thoughtfully crafted, with a maximum of 10 sections.
Test & Launch I’ll test the site for functionality across devices, then launch it with confidence.
Training & Support Post-launch, you’ll receive recorded training for easy site management, plus up to one month of email support.

  • How many pages are included in the custom Shopify site?

    I’ll create up to six pages, including templates for blog and product pages. Collection pages, like products and blogs, count as one page each. I’ll add up to five initial blog posts and five products to get you started. Please note that additional products, blog posts, or pages beyond this scope, as well as complex product variants, may increase the project price.

  • Do you use a specific theme for custom Shopify sites?

    Yes, I typically start with the Dawn or Essencia (which is built on Dawn) theme for custom builds, but I can also work with your chosen theme if it’s a redesign of an existing site.

  • Do you provide accessibility features?

    I follow best practices to enhance accessibility within my skill set but recommend a third-party service or app for ongoing accessibility needs.

  • Is SEO included?

    I provide basic SEO setup, including meta descriptions and alt tags, to help improve discoverability.

  • What if I have additional questions or need support after launch?

    I offer limited post-launch support and training to ensure you’re comfortable managing your new site. For ongoing updates, I recommend a maintenance plan or additional support options.
