Strategy is how you win. It defines what makes you genuinely different from everyone else competing for the same customer, then shapes that difference into a position no competitor can easily copy.
With this package I shape the positioning, words and direction your brand will use to stand out, connect with the right people and turn them into loyal fans.

Who this is for

Businesses who know they need to sharpen how they're positioned and talked about before touching a single visual, whether that's ahead of a raise, a new market entry or a new product launch. You want the words and the thinking sorted first, so any identity work that follows is built on something solid rather than guesswork.

What you walk away with

An independent audit of your current brand surfaces, audience and competitive set
A working session together to pressure test what's really driving the change
A Brand Brief that captures the diagnosis and sets the starting point for everything else
Brand positioning
Key audience needs and desires
Messaging and copy
Brand voice and tone
Brand manifesto and taglines

The process

The first week is Immerse: an audit of your current surfaces and positioning and a strategy workshop together that culminates in a Brand Brief that captures the findings. The second week is Strategy: I generate a wide set of potential strategic directions, deliver my top three and you choose one to refine. That direction is pushed further and narrowed to a top three, and once you choose your final direction it's developed into taglines, headlines and copy.

Why this works

Strategy is how you win. It defines what makes you genuinely different from everyone else competing for the same customer, then shapes that difference into a position no competitor can easily copy.
Once that's clear, everything else follows: the language that makes the right people recognise themselves in what you offer, the story that makes them care and the confidence to charge what you're actually worth.
Narrowing from many directions to one, in stages, means the position you land on has been tested and defended, built to be leveraged rather than just described.
