Initial Call: We discuss your website needs and goals. Design: A tailored WordPress website design based on your brand and vision. Development: A fully functional, responsive WordPress site built with best practices. Delivery: A seamless handover with training and support options.

Process

Initial meeting: We'll discuss your ideas and define your requirements – including the type of website, timelines, SEO strategy, deliverables, and launch plan. You can share moodboards, inspiration, and competitor examples to help me understand your desired style. We'll also discuss your colour preferences and whether you'd like suggestions for colours and fonts.
After our meeting, you'll need to provide any images you'd like to use, including graphics, illustrations, and photographs.
Project research: I'll research your market, audience, and competitors to understand industry standards. This research helps me understand your positioning and design a more effective website.
Website development: Next, I'll get to work building your WordPress website, testing it thoroughly across various devices.
Delivery of first draft, feedback and revisions: Once the homepage is ready, I'll share a live preview link for your feedback, enabling early communication and ongoing progress tracking. You can share your feedback, which I'll incorporate into the project. I'll keep you updated as changes are made, and you can request additional amendments until the project meets your vision.
Final website review: I'll notify you when the website is ready for final sign-off. You can review all pages and sections, and provide any final notes if needed.
Project delivery: Based on your hosting setup, I'll either transfer site ownership to you, switch from the temporary to your permanent domain, or remove password protection to make your site publicly accessible. I'll also ensure your sitemaps are properly registered with Google and Bing search engines.

  • 5-Page Custom Website Design and Build

    An example of a 5 page WordPress website could include the following: 1. Homepage, 2. Services / Portfolio / Event Details, 3. About, 4. Contact, 5. Blog / News. Additional pages can be included for a fee. The site will be fully responsive, so it will look and function beautifully across all devices.

  • Technical Setup and Infrastructure

    User accounts setup, SEO for each page, website speed optimisation / caching / CDN, security plugin setup, Mailchimp (or other newsletter) integration, GDPR/CCPA cookie consent (you will need to provide the copy for your Privacy page, I can help suggest services to keep this simple). I can also recommend and set up suitable web hosting based on your expected traffic volume and handle the domain setup, if required.

  • 28 Days of Email Support

    After your website launches, I provide post-launch support for 28 days to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues. I'm committed to ensuring your website runs smoothly during this critical initial period. Please note that this support period doesn't include changes to the website's overall design or layout, these must be finalised before the project ends. This approach helps maintain project scope and ensures a clear timeline.
