Process

My Design Process
Enquiry & Discovery When you reach out, you’ll fill out a quick form to share your goals. From there, I’ll set up a discovery call (via Calendly) to learn more about your business, its challenges, and your vision. We’ll also discuss pricing at this stage.
Proposal & Onboarding After our chat, I’ll send over a tailored project proposal outlining objectives, solutions, and the process of working together. If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll draft the contract and invoice, and you’ll get access to your personalized client portal on Notion. It’s a one-stop hub for everything—files, progress, and FAQs.
Brand Strategy We’ll dive into your brand’s purpose, values, audience, and goals through strategy calls and research. This step helps us align on the brand’s direction, laying the foundation for impactful design.
Creative Direction I’ll create mood boards and word maps to refine the visual tone. Together, we’ll finalize the direction to ensure the designs truly resonate with your vision.
Design This is where the magic happens! I’ll design your logo suite, visual assets, and brand elements based on our strategy. Everything is presented with context, explaining how it aligns with your brand goals.
Feedback & Revisions Your input is vital. I’ll share the concepts with clear context and make revisions (if needed) to ensure the design is just right.
Offboarding Once the project wraps, I’ll provide a comprehensive brand guideline document, final files, and a goodbye packet with tips for future use. We’ll also hop on a call to review everything and answer any last questions.
