I fill design and creative roles for early and growth stage companies, from the first designer through to a Brand Director.
What I cover: UI, UX and product design for physical and digital products, brand and visual identity, industrial and packaging design, motion and 3D, illustration, presentation design, and the frontend and design engineering roles that sit next to them.
How it runs. We start with a call about what good actually looks like for this role, not what the job description says. I source through design communities as well as the usual channels: ArtStation, Behance, Dribbble, Discord, personal portfolio sites. Every candidate is screened on five things before you see them: portfolio and craft quality, fit against the brief, rate expectation, availability, and whether they will sit an assessment.
You get a shortlist you can act on rather than a long list you have to sort. First batch within three days of kickoff.
I have built a VFX studio's creative team from an empty org chart and staffed the full branding and marketing function for a D2C brand, so I can cover both ends of the craft range.
