A typical process for me would include: 1. Discovery & Scope We’ll hop on a quick call (or chat via email) to go over your event goals, timeline, audience, and must-haves. This helps me understand your vision and identify key deliverables.
2. Planning & Logistics Setup I’ll build out a master checklist, timeline, and communication plan to keep all moving parts on track. I’ll also coordinate with vendors, venues, and any external partners.
3. Run-of-Show Creation You’ll receive a detailed run-of-show document with clear cues, transitions, and assigned responsibilities—designed to keep everyone aligned from setup to wrap-up.
4. Event Execution Whether remote or on-site, I’ll manage the event flow, cue key moments, support the team, and problem-solve on the fly so you can stay focused on your guests.
5. Post-Event Wrap-Up After the event, I’ll share a wrap-up summary, notes on what went well, and any recommendations for future improvements—plus ensure everything is closed out smoothly.
