While most personal development approaches focus on changing behavior, I help you discover why you struggle in the first place. By addressing these root causes of your lack of confidence, you can achieve long-lasting change and authentic confidence.

My coaching is based on the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). This is a neuroscience-backed framework for resolving developmental trauma. As much of our confidence issues, procrastination, and Impostor Syndrome are related to developmental trauma, the NARM model is exceptionally well suited for addressing these issues. Clients typically see tangible results within the first few sessions.

The coaching starts with my proprietary testing method to determine what is causing your lack of confidence. The first step in resolving this issue is clearly distinguishing between Impostor Syndrome and a general lack of confidence. By accurately identifying whether you’re grappling with Impostor Syndrome or a broader confidence deficit, we can tailor our strategies precisely to your needs. This targeted approach not only accelerates your progress but also ensures that we’re addressing the core issues rather than just symptoms.
