Trauma-informed relationship coaching helps you enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen emotional connections. While most personal development approaches focus on what you should change, I help clients discover why they struggle in the first place.
Addressing the root causes of our emotions and behavior leads to long-lasting change. My coaching is based on the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a neuroscience-backed framework for resolving developmental trauma.
As much of our relationship issues, emotional reactions, and behaviors are related to developmental trauma, the NARM model is exceptionally well suited for addressing these issues. Clients typically see tangible results within the first few sessions.

6 x 90-minute private coaching sessions
These coaching sessions are long enough to explore and resolve whatever is causing your relationship challenges. Ordinary 60-minute coaching or therapy is usually too short to fix the root causes of your struggles.
