Current State Assessment
Up to 10 stakeholder interviews up to 45-minutes each with an agreed upon set of questions designed to understand successes and pain points in your organization's employee lifecycle. Results of these interviews are shared at the North Star Vision Workshop along with the accompanying full slide deck. This could be supplemented with an HR data analysis if available and feasible (additional scoping and cost).
North Star Vision Workshop
An onsite or virtual 2-4 hour facilitated workshop designed for leadership. Contents include: -Debrief of current state assessment and 5-10 recommendations for how to maintain momentum and resolve pain points. -Guided exercises to design the organization's North Star vision for talent -Decisions on final list of recommendations that will be acted up. These recommendations will flow into the Action Planning Workshop's roadmap. Note that client would be responsible for travel costs. I will gladly provide estimates ahead of time.
Action Planning Workshop
An onsite or virtual design session resulting in a tactical 1-3 year roadmap to achieving the group's vision. -In this workshop, we will review how to accomplish the agreed upon recommendations. -Teams will break down success into manageable chunks and finalize how to stagger their implementation over the roadmap period. Note that client would be responsible for travel costs. I will gladly provide estimates ahead of time.
Project Summary
PowerPoint presentation summarizing all work done, highlighting wins, recommendations on avoiding roadblocks, and a set of tactical next steps.
