We discuss the project, I help you scope it, advise on the final set of features, what's absolutely necessary and what can be left out, what tech & tools to use. We decide on the final price and timeline.
I wireframe the app, create a mockup of it, create a user flow (if you don't already have them)
We review the wireframes
I fix the wireframes if needed
I do the designs for both the landing page and the actual dashboard based on the wireframes (if you don't already have the design)
We review the designs
I fix the designs if needed
I start developing the app
After launch I will provide technical support for your project (fixing bugs and adding features) for a small monthly fee
We rigorously communicate throughout every step of the process (weekly calls, daily updates in text channels (slack/notion/messengers)

Yes! You do own all the code. You receive all the source code, wireframes and designs, access to all software we used

I select the tech stack based on the project requirements, but prioritise tech that allows me to ship fast and NOT break things :). I usually use React/NextJS for the frontend, Node.js + Express.js for the backend, postgreSQL for the database, Supabase/Clerk for auth
