Process

Discovery Call : Let's chat to discuss the details of your business, your project goals, needs and how I can help you in this process.
Client Portal: After the the first invoice is cleared, you'll receive a link to your own Client Portal. This will contain all the details of the project, including contract, invoices, presentations as well as your Brand Questionnaire waiting to be filled.
Brand Strategy and Creative Direction: The design stage starts of with research and crafting the brand strategy that will influence the final creative direction. This, as well as 2 moodboards will be shown in another presentation that sets the tone and aesthetics of this project.
Design Phase: Now with the moodboard decided, it's time to design! Based on the insights and chosen creative direction, I will start crafting the visual representation of your brand's personality.
Feedback and Revisions: A design presentation will be uploaded to the client portal once ready. Using the provided form, you can thoroughly give your honest feedback on the design. There are two rounds of revisions to ensure that we absolutely smash the final branding.
Offboarding: Whoo! With everything now approved and the final invoice cleared, it's time to pack up all your goodies and start the offboarding process. This will include all the files, as well as an offboarding guideline to help you navigate all your new brand assets.

    A comprehensive logo kit consisting of primary logo, secondary logo and alternative brand marks that offers visual flexibility on multiple platforms.

  • Brand Colors

    A carefully curated set of colors that both highlight and compliments the brand's value and personality.

  • Typography

    Relay your messages effectively starting from the type. Using a strategic combination that is both attractive and conveys the right vibe.

  • Brand Illustration and Pattern

    A custom set of illustrations that can be applied through your marketing mediums as well as a brand pattern. These are useful elements in your brand that can be applied into merchandise and also packaging.

  • Social Media Design

    A set of highlight cover designs and post templates available for you to edit in Canva. These will help you smoothly update and launch your new look on your social media.

  • 2 Revisions

    The goal is to get it right from the start, but if not, these revisions round will iron out any kinks.

  • Brand Guideline Document

    A comprehensive guideline that will help you in navigating your new brand assets to ensure that it remains consistent across all platforms and touchpoints.
