Summary
As an Asana Ambassador (since 2019) and a Verified ClickUp Ambassador I have vast knowledge of the best practices and most efficient ways to streamline work & increase efficiency by using the right tool to manage projects within your business.
I'll work with you to tailor a plan specific to the needs of your project, then I'll set up & prepare the project. Working with your team I'll manage the project through completion.

Project Planning
Meet to review the project in full, determine who will be part of this project & the expected timeline. Project management tool will be selected at this time.
Project Set Up
Set up of project in Asana or ClickUp, including automations, task & milestone assignments to team members along with check-in dates & deadlines.
Project Management
Management & communication of tasks, deliverables, deadlines, timelines and updates.
Project Close
If applicable (not on-going), the project will be managed through closing.
