• How many images are delivered?

• What is the delivery timeline?

  Delivery starts after the briefing is approved and all required materials are received. Standard timelines: • Up to 25 images: 7 days Extended scopes are discussed in advance.

• How should I send my files and references?

  Please provide a download link via Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. WeTransfer links are not accepted, as they may expire and delay production.

• Can you create models as part of the service?

  Yes. Custom AI-assisted model creation is available and defined according to the briefing, including proportions, appearance and styling needs.

• Can real products be incorporated into the visuals?

  Yes. Client-provided products can be incorporated when suitable. Product accuracy depends on the quality of the provided assets.

• Are meetings and follow-ups included?

  Meetings and follow-ups are billed separately at USD 50 per hour. They are used for briefing alignment, scope definition and project coordination prior to production.

• When does production start?

  Production begins after briefing alignment and receipt of all required materials.

• What backgrounds do you offer?

  Environmental or styled backgrounds for brands seeking a more editorial or lifestyle approach Background choice is defined during briefing.

• Can product photos be taken with a phone?

  Yes. Smartphone photos are accepted if they are clear and well-lit. Please provide at least 4 photos per product, showing different angles.

• Which angles are recommended for product photos?

  Front, side or back, and 3/4 views are recommended. For still life or flat products, additional angles help ensure accuracy.

• What if the product has complex textures, prints or materials?

  For products with prints, embroidery or complex fabrics, please include close-up photos to ensure accurate texture and material rendering.

• Does having photos of the product worn or styled help?

  Yes. Photos of the product on the body or styled in context help ensure better proportions, scale and realism, especially for clothing and accessories.
