How many images are delivered?
Up to 14 images.
What is the delivery timeline?
Delivery starts after the briefing is approved and all required materials are received. Standard timelines: • Up to 14 images: 5 days Extended scopes are discussed in advance.
Can you create models as part of the project?
Yes. Custom AI-assisted model creation is available and defined according to the briefing, including appearance, proportions and overall visual presence.
How do I send my product or brand assets?
Please include a download link where we can access your product assets and image files. We accept shared folders or links via Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. Please note that WeTransfer links are not accepted, as they expire and may interrupt production timelines. All files should be available for download at the time of confirmation to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Can real products be incorporated into the visuals?
Yes. Client-provided products can be incorporated when suitable. Final accuracy depends on the quality of the provided assets.
When does production start?
Production begins after briefing alignment and receipt of all required materials.
Are meetings and follow-ups included?
Meetings and follow-ups are billed separately at USD 50 per hour. They are used for briefing alignment, scope definition and project coordination prior to production.
Does having photos of the product worn or styled help?
Yes. Photos of the product on the body or styled in context help ensure better proportions, scale and realism, especially for clothing and accessories.
Can product photos be taken with a phone?
Yes. Smartphone photos are accepted if they are clear and well-lit. Please provide at least 4 photos per product, showing different angles.
What if the product has complex textures, prints or materials?
For products with prints, embroidery or complex fabrics, please include close-up photos to ensure accurate texture and material rendering.
Which angles are recommended for product photos?
Front, side or back, and 3/4 views are recommended. For still life or flat products, additional angles help ensure accuracy.
Do you provide prompts or AI files?
No. This service delivers final, edited campaign visuals only. Prompts, AI files and internal workflows are not shared.
