My goal is to help you get your project set-up for success right from the start - having to change plans or requirements once a project is underway can be expensive and stressful for everyone. I do this by helping you to document your objectives, who we are doing the project for, and how we measure success. Establishing clear deliverables that are needed for the project to be successfully delivered is also done at this phase as well as an overall timeline for the project, which includes interim milestones as well as any phased release schedules.
What's included
Project plan
A list of key milestone and release dates in order to meet the deadline and objectives for your project.
Functional requirements
A backlog of features for your website or project that are mapped to different audience groups. This can be done in Excel or a system like JIRA. For the UX inclined, we can also work on user stories aligned to your audience groups.
Scope of work
A clear statement on the different activities and deliverables that will be required for your project and be considered "in scope"
Project charter
A summary of your project, including its objectives, success measures, audience groups, roles & responsibilities, and deliverables that will serve as our North Star for the remainder of the project.
