Do you need someone to manage your web project until release?David Witt
I have worked in a variety of ways over my career. Most of my projects have been a hybrid approach that is most suitable for busy stakeholders, mixing a waterfall approach with known delivery dates while being more flexible and "Agile" for the design and development teams doing the work. I have also served as both Scrum Master and Product Owner, so have experience with running in sprints and incremental releases as well as the user-centered design process.

What's included

Scrum Master
I can work with the product owner, stakeholders and software/design teams to help manage the backlog for your project as well as facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
Agile-focused Project Management
For projects that require a more linear or custom approach, I can work with your teams to ensure that all design, development, and QA work happens to schedule and that stakeholders and team members are regularly informed on progress. Weekly status reports and update meetings can also be arranged.
QA & Testing
In those instances where no formal QA resources are available, then I can help with QA and testing for cross-browser testing, checking against the functional requirements, and that any data or content loaded is as expected.
Release
The ultimate goal is for a successful roll-out of your project and I can help to ensure that a plan is in place for this, as well as making sure that any post-launch processes are in place.
