I specialise in designing and developing user interfaces and digital products. I use my knowledge of user experience and brand to influence my designs. I believe that establishing empathy for people who use the experience you are designing for is the key to business success.

❇️ Process ❇️

Research and Discover - By interviewing customers and key business people, I can gain insight into the wants and needs of the product's users, as well as understand the issues and strengths of the current version.

Define - From the research, I am able to form a clear brief by defining the MVP of the product.

Design - At the core of our process is the design phase. I will define and redesign User Tasks and Flows. Next, I will design wireframes before moving onto UI screens, while conducting usability tests along the way, in a rigorous design > test > learn iterative cycle.

Codify - Depending on the project requirements, I will design a complete working design system, or a UI Kit will be designed and delivered in Figma ready for development handover to the developers.

Handover - Handover to the developers may consist of multiple check-ins after the initial handover meeting. It's important to take into consideration any late changes that need to happen because of technical restraints etc.

Evaluate - Finally, I suggest a check-in after the build is complete and we're able to look at the data and potentially hear from users. Evaluating the product should be an ongoing effort for product teams, so I'm keen to have this in my process.
