FAQs

  • Do you provide tech packs?

No. I only offer basic production guidelines with color codes, placement tips, and general material suggestions.

  • What file formats do you deliver?

Typically, I provide PDF, AI, PSD, and PNG files. If you need any additional formats, just let me know.

  • How many design concepts/revisions are included?

You’ll receive up to three initial concepts with one round of revisions for each, plus up to two rounds of revisions on the final design.

  • What’s your typical turnaround time?

Depending on the project scope and number of revisions, most projects take between 1–3 weeks from start to finish. Situationally, rush is sometimes an option with additional costs.

  • Do you also do printing or manufacturing?

I focus on the design side, but I’m happy to recommend printers or provide guidance on selecting manufacturers.
