There's a pattern I keep seeing. Someone has a solid business and a strong story. But the slides don't communicate any of it. The layouts are fighting each other, the data is buried in clutter, and there's no visual rhythm from one slide to the next. The content is good. The deck is losing the room.
I design presentation systems, not decorated slides. Every deck I build uses PowerPoint's master slide architecture. That means when you add a new slide six months from now, it automatically picks up the same fonts, colors, and layout grid. You're not just getting a file to use once. You're getting a system you can keep building on.
I've been doing this for over years, designing decks used in boardrooms, investor conversations, internal strategy meetings, and conference stages. The 3 things I focus on most are information hierarchy (what the eye reads first), narrative pacing (how the story unfolds visually across slides), and clarity (making sure nothing important gets lost in the layout).
This listing covers decks up to 12 slides with one round of revisions.
If you need a larger deck with data visualization and icons, check my extended pitch deck listing.

How it works

Brief. You share your content, goals, and who the audience is. You can send me an existing deck, a raw outline, or even just bullet points in a document.
Structure. I map out the visual narrative. Slide sequence, section breaks, emphasis moments. You see and approve the architecture before I start designing.
Design. I design the full deck with master slides and brand-aligned styling.
Delivery. You get the editable PPT file, a PDF export, and your revision round.
What you walk away with is a system you can keep using, not a one-off file you'll outgrow.
FAQs
That's okay. I can work from a rough outline, a messy Google Doc, or even just your bullet points. If you need help structuring the narrative itself, check my extended pitch deck listing which includes story consultation.
Yes. The PowerPoint file includes master slides. You can add new slides, change text, swap images, and change the entire color palette in one click using the built-in theme.
Extra slides beyond the tier limit run $15 per slide
I design in PowerPoint because it offers the most compatibility across platforms and devices. I'll include a high-res PDF export alongside the PPT. If you specifically need a Keynote version, we can discuss that.
