Process

3D AI Rendering Process for Apparel Designs 👚

1. Initial Consultation & Project Planning 📄

We’ll start with a video call 📞 to discuss your design concept, goals, and project scope.

You’ll provide a 📑 design brief, 🖼 mood board, 🤳 inspiration images, or existing CAD sketch ✍️ to communicate your vision.

We’ll go over deliverables, 📉 timelines, and any additional details needed to ensure a smooth workflow.

2. CAD Sketch Creation 👖 (If Needed)

If you don’t have a finished CAD sketch, I will create one based on your design concept.

You’ll receive a black-and-white technical flat in Adobe Illustrator for approval before moving forward.

If you already have a completed CAD sketch, you’ll provide it at this stage.

3. 3D AI Black & White Rendering 🩱

Your design will be transformed into a high-quality 3D AI black-and-white rendering that showcases the silhouette, construction, and key details.

You’ll receive multiple viewpoints, including front, back, and side angles, to fully visualize the garment.

4. Color & Print Application 🎨 (If Requested)

If you’d like to see your design in 🌈 brand colors, textures, or 🏁 prints, I will apply these to the 3D rendering.

This allows you to experiment with fabric options, 🖍 color-ways, and variations before committing to production.

5. Final Review & Revisions

You’ll review the render and request minor refinements or adjustments if needed.

I’ll ensure the final output aligns with your design vision.

6. Final Deliverables

You’ll receive image files (PNG, JPEG, or PDF) 🌄 for use on social media, presentations, websites, pre-order sheets or production reference.

Optional: A short video or interactive view 📹 can be provided to showcase the garment (upon request).

What's included

CAD Sketch (If Created by Me)
If I create the CAD sketch from scratch, the client will receive a finished black-and-white technical flat in an Adobe Illustrator file. Otherwise, they must provide a completed CAD sketch for me to use in rendering their product.
3D AI Black & White Rendering
A high-quality, realistic digital rendering of their design, showcasing the structure, silhouette, and details. It will include Front, back, and side angles of the design to fully visualize the garment from different perspectives.
Colored or Printed Version (If Requested)
The same 3D rendering with the client's brand colors, fabric textures, or prints applied for a more realistic preview.
Image Files
Final renderings delivered in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format, suitable for social media, websites, pre-order sheets, presentations, or production reference.
Optional Video (Upon Request)
A short video or interactive rotation of the 3D-rendered garment to showcase movement and drape.
