Process

Research Plan: I will come back to you with a research plan that matches your vision. You can revise this as you see fit. I will outline regular check-ins and milestones in this plan.
Execution: As I conduct the user research, I will update you with preliminary insights.
Summary: I will do a final readout to your team and answer questions. We can discuss if there are further questions that have arisen and how to proceed.

The raw data from the research will be yours to keep and apply to future work.
Research Insights
I will do an analysis on the research and provide you with a summary of these insights. If you have questions or want to learn more, I will walk you through where the insight comes from.
Recommendations
Every research project starts with a research question, or often many. I will provide you with the answers that the research provided, recommendations on how to move forward, and further questions you may want to explore.
