Summary
As the project manager, I will work with you to define and kick off your project, execute on it effectively, manage any stakeholders, and bring it to completion. After we discuss what your needs are, I can scope the project needs with you. I offer key documentation and project artifacts, regular meetings to keep the project on track, and deep dives into different issues when needed.
What really makes me different is that I have been a product manager, program manager, user researcher, and process engineer at various times - I can connect with people across divisions and help solve a variety of issues.
What's included
Project Plan
I will work with you to write up a project plan, complete with major milestone, project approach, and deadlines.
Documentation
I will document notes and decisions across the project and deliver the summary to you at the end of the project to guide your future work.
Lessons Learned
I will conduct retrospectives throughout the project and at project close. All of these lessons learned will be summarized for you to take forward in your ongoing work.
