What's included
Brand, Market, Trend and User Analysis
Deep understanding of the project's brand (values + competition), market (product positioning: price-category dynamics of the brand and the competitors), trends (that are surrounding the theme), and user (what are the behaviours, triggers, barriers, values, needs), so that a path can be taken to be redefined through the design language of the products. What will be delivered: Slide presentation with the analysis of the abovementioned pillars + recommendation on the pathway forward. Revision: One revision can be done to align the next steps.
Brand Design Language Analysis
A compilation of the brand design language analysis done by association to the brand's values. What will be delivered: Slide presentation with the analysis of the design language of the brand, divided into gesture, composition, proportion, layout, and detail (CMF) Revision: No revision
Competition Design Language Analysis
A compilation of the competitors' design language analysis done by association to the brand's values. What will be delivered: Slide presentation with the analysis of the design language of the competitors, divided into gesture, composition, proportion, layout, and detail (CMF)
Definition Of A Possible Roadmap - Part 1
Based on the analysis abovementioned, a map can be traced towards a clear definition of what the brand can become in terms of value-translation for the future. What will be delivered: Slide presentation with the synthesis of the new/reviewed design language of the brand, divided into gesture, composition, proportion, layout, and detail (CMF), based on the values re-defined + inspirational moodboard to re-define the values for the future, taking inspiration from the outside (product industry) world.
Definition Of A Possible Roadmap - Part 2
Three different product family concepts, to have one selected and pushed for further development. What will be delivered: Slide presentation with the three families of products, all done with the new re-defined design language - explorations can be done in 3D model (renderings), 2D illustrations (vectors), sketches, or mock-ups. Revisions: Two: one for the definition of the future family, and another to polish the selected one. In case more are necessary, the price should be renegotiated as an addendum to the general fee.
