Process

Research & discovery Discuss with you to understand your needs and goals for the project. Follow up with current state analysis to understand the market and user needs.

Problem definition & prioritisation Defining the problem areas base on your brief and research results. Then creating user groups and mapping their journey, pain points and product opportunities. These knowledge provides insights to key requirements and product roadmap.

Ideation & concepting Brainstorming solution ideas with you and generating design concepts through storyboards, wireframes, low-fi prototypes etc.

Design, prototype & validate Creating high quality and details design for user interface and interaction for selected solution. Reviewing design with you and also organising testing session with end users. Refining design based on collected feedback.

Design handover You'll receive complete design documentation package including screen flows, specifications, visual assets and design files that are ready for development handover.

What's included

Summary report of user and market analysis that identify product opportunities and business needs.
Concept & wireframe
Storyboard & low-fidelity wireframe to present product concept with main layout and functionality. These are created based on findings from the analysis.
Prototypes
Click-through prototypes (up to 3 revisions) that can be used for user testing.
User profile & flows
Detail profile of target user groups. Diagram of the main flows each group perform with the product.
Product documentations
Visual assets, design specifications, target user profiles. Other resources based on project needs, e.g. user research or market analysis report
