Discovery Discuss with you to understand your needs and goals for the project. Review available materials (UX metrics, user data, or behavioral insights, if available) to identify areas of focus.
Evaluation Conducting current state analysis on your product, focusing on information structure, navigation and usability. I will employ both heuristic evaluation and user research methods to achieve a thorough outcome. Mapping main user flows & highlighting areas for improvements.
Design & recommendation Refining user flows with improvements to both user experience and business performance. Identifying key UX metrics for measuring impacts.
Report Compiling a concise report with findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for your team.
