Process

Business Discovery and Competition Research

This initial phase involves understanding your objectives, target audience, brand identity, and any specific requirements for the website.

2. Website Direction Presentation

In this phase, the project scope is defined, including the website's structure, features, and functionalities. This may involve creating a sitemap and outlining the user journey.

3. Custom Website Design

I'll craft a tailored 5-page website for you, using your preferred platform among Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Showit, Webflow, or WordPress, integrating all the necessary call-to-actions and plugins tailored to help you attract and retain successful clients. You choose and I will curate.

4. Content Creation

Concurrently with Design and Development, I will work on refining the content for the website. This includes text, images, videos, and any other multimedia elements. If you do not have images for your brand, I will be glad to assist you with the art direction for the photoshoot. Once I receive the images from you, I will add them to the website. If you prefer stock images, I can source them for you. The invoice for the images will be shared with you.

5. Testing

Once the website is designed, it undergoes rigorous testing to ensure functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance across various devices and browsers. Testing may involve checking links, forms, navigation, load times, and responsiveness.

7. Custom Domain and Hosting fees

To own a website, you'll need to acquire a domain and hosting services. The cost of custom domains varies depending on your preference. I'll send you invoices for both the domain and hosting. Once payment is received, I'll proceed to purchase them for a one-year period. You'll then have the option to renew the subscriptions as needed.

6. Launch

After thorough testing and client approval, the website is ready to go live. This involves deploying the website to the web server, configuring domain settings if necessary, and ensuring everything is set up correctly for public access.

7. Website and Brand Style Guide

Once the design work is completed, I'll compile a website and brand style guide. This document ensures uniformity within your business by specifying the correct fonts, colors, and styles for all documents.

8. Sign-off & Handover

Upon receiving your feedback and incorporating any required revisions, you'll receive all the design files. Our collaboration extends beyond this point—I remain available to assist you and offer support for the next 30 days.

9. Website Maintenance

Following the launch, the website requires ongoing maintenance to ensure it remains functional, secure, and up-to-date. This includes tasks such as regular backups, security updates, content updates, and performance optimizations. Additionally, client support may be provided to address any issues or updates requested by the client. I can offer this service at an additional cost on a monthly basis.

Our collaboration extends beyond this point. I'll be here to support you for the next two weeks, ensuring you encounter no difficulties in the future.
