Summary

I pride myself on working asynchronously so you can focus on your business while your project takes place. After the initial consultation, I'll be off to the races building out your project. I'm a certified Monday.com partner and have tons of experience across all types of business operations.

Process

We'll schedule an initial 90-minute recorded consultation where we'll walk through your current workflows, goals, and budget with your key stakeholders. If you already have detailed process documentation, please send that in advance of the call and I'll be able to give you some time back.

After the call, I will follow up with a proposed project plan including a timeline to help ensure that all parts of the project are on track. Transparency is my mission.

As each milestone in the project is complete, I'll provide an update and give you an opportunity to take a sneak peek and provide feedback along the way.

Once the initial project is complete, it's feedback time! I'll give you an opportunity to play around in your new set-up and get your feedback on what is working and what is not working.

Any revisions you request will be completed and your team will be ready to dive in.

I'll prepare SOP's and video walkthroughs for your team to have all the resources they'll need to be successful.

Need additional support including questions, trouble-shooting, etc.? Drop me an email and I'll provide courtesy support for 90 days post-completion.

What's included

Initial consultation
I will shadow and/or review your current process to map out your workflow and then make a recommendation as to whether Monday.com is the right platform for you based on your needs and budget.
Completed Monday.com Implementation
I will configure your Monday.com account with the boards, custom fields, automations, and integrations needed to replicate your current workflow. Will also handle initial admin setup including preferences and user permissions.
Documented Procedures and Training Resources
Once the initial implementation is complete, I will provide customized SOP's and training resources (both Loom videos + written) to help both your end users and your admin(s) utilize your new setup - all saved within your Monday.com account.
90 days of troubleshooting and support
Something not working as expected, or need an alteration to your setup? After your project is complete, I will provide 90 days of support on an as needed basis for anything you need (related to the project, of course :) )
