Initial consultation
I will shadow and/or review your current process to map out your workflow and then make a recommendation as to whether ClickUp is the right platform for you based on your needs and budget.
Completed ClickUp Implementation
I will configure your ClickUp account with the boards, custom fields, automations, and integrations needed to replicate your current workflow. Will also handle initial admin setup including preferences and user permissions.
Documented Procedures and Training Resources
Once the initial implementation is complete, I will provide customized SOP's and training resources (both Loom videos + written) to help both your end users and your admin(s) utilize your new setup - all saved within your ClickUp account.
90 days of troubleshooting and support
Something not working as expected, or need an alteration to your setup? After your project is complete, I will provide 90 days of support on an as needed basis for anything you need (related to the project, of course :) )
