  A: Absolutely. You’ll receive clear documentation explaining any changes made, plus optional guidance for future adjustments.

• Q: Can you fix or optimize someone else’s saved search or workflow?

  A: Yes, I can troubleshoot and improve existing configurations. If it’s poorly built or outdated, I’ll recommend the cleanest path forward.

• Q: Do you offer consultations or video calls?

  A: I primarily work asynchronously through messages and shared documents to save you time. However, I’m open to brief video calls if needed to clarify complex topics or unblock progress.

• Q: What access do you need to get started?

  A: Ideally, access to a NetSuite sandbox or a custom role with visibility into saved searches, workflows, and relevant custom records. I can guide you if setup is needed.

• Q: What’s the typical turnaround time?

  A: Most requests are completed within 3–7 business days depending on complexity. A detailed timeline is always provided before starting. You’ll receive a delivery estimate once I review your project requirements.

• Q: How many revisions are included?

  A: Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are limited to the original scope. Major changes may require a new proposal.

• Q: Is my data confidential?

  A: Absolutely. All data, documentation, and internal processes are treated as confidential. I do not reuse, share, or disclose any information without written consent.

• What kind of post-delivery support is included?

  Each project includes 5 business days of follow-up support for questions or small tweaks. Ongoing maintenance or new requests can be scoped separately.
