A: Absolutely. You’ll receive clear documentation explaining any changes made, plus optional guidance for future adjustments.
A: Yes, I can troubleshoot and improve existing configurations. If it’s poorly built or outdated, I’ll recommend the cleanest path forward.
A: I primarily work asynchronously through messages and shared documents to save you time. However, I’m open to brief video calls if needed to clarify complex topics or unblock progress.
A: Ideally, access to a NetSuite sandbox or a custom role with visibility into saved searches, workflows, and relevant custom records. I can guide you if setup is needed.
A: Most requests are completed within 3–7 business days depending on complexity. A detailed timeline is always provided before starting. You’ll receive a delivery estimate once I review your project requirements.
A: Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are limited to the original scope. Major changes may require a new proposal.
