Brand Interpretation Before any strategy or design begins, I take time to truly understand your brand from the inside out truly. Through a detailed brand questionnaire and a 45-60 minute discovery call, I dig deep into your business, your audience, your goals, and your market. I conduct audience research, build your ideal customer profile, and analyse up to 5 of your key competitors, so every decision we make is rooted in real insight, not just guesswork.
Brand Strategy This is the foundation on which everything else is built. I develop a clear positioning statement that defines your ownable place in the market, a messaging framework that tells people exactly what you stand for, and tone of voice guidelines so every word your brand speaks sounds intentional and consistent. I also craft your brand story, the narrative behind why your brand exists and why it matters, delivered as a complete brand strategy document.
Visual Design & Guidelines With the strategy locked, I translate it into a complete visual identity. I present logo concepts with full rationale, then refine your chosen direction into a full identity system — primary logo, horizontal, stacked and icon variations, a colour palette with hex, RGB and CMYK codes, a typography system covering heading, body and accent fonts, and a defined visual language covering imagery style, patterns and aesthetic direction. Everything is documented in a comprehensive brand guidelines PDF, so your brand is always used correctly.
Implementable Assets You walk away with everything you need to actually use your brand from day one. All logo files are delivered in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and PNG formats — across transparent, white, and black versions, along with a colour and font spec sheet. We close with a 30-minute handover call where I walk you through every deliverable, so you're fully equipped to roll your brand out confidently.
