When users struggle but the team cannot agree on why, a focused audit gives you a clear place to start. I review one important product workflow through the lens of real tasks, interface behavior, information hierarchy, accessibility, and implementation constraints.
You receive a prioritized set of findings, annotated examples, and a practical redesign direction. I’ll separate quick fixes from deeper structural problems, explain the tradeoffs, and walk your team through what to do next. This works well before a redesign, during a product handoff, or when a mature tool has accumulated friction.
The audit scope is set after we look at the product together. If user interviews or a WCAG conformance assessment are needed, we can define those separately. My NOAA and enterprise work shows how I handle dense interfaces where clarity has operational consequences.
