B2B software does not fail on the homepage. It fails on the boring parts. Roles and permissions, who sees which price, and whether your sales team can use it without a training session.
I build B2B portals and internal platforms that hold up on those parts.
Recent work for an outdoor technical-wear brand covered the corporate site, the online store and the B2B dealer portal in one system, with a 590-store locator, content in five languages, and a full migration that kept the search rankings. First paint dropped from 3.6s to 0.5s.
Typical scope. Authenticated portals, role-based pricing and catalogues, quote and order flows, dealer and partner areas, internal dashboards, admin tools, and integrations with the ERP, CRM or PIM you already run.
Stack. Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, Postgres on Neon, Auth.js, Vercel.
No CMS. Everything is built for your data model, and your team edits content through their own Claude or the terminal, with each change arriving as a pull request you can review.
I build with Claude Code, which is why an eight-week scope here used to be a six-month one.
12+ years of product ownership, 4 companies founded, 1 SaaS sold. You get a deployed platform, the repo, and a team that can run it without me.
