Summary

I accept short-term and long-term contracts, and any combination of services which you prefer.

Process

Contact me: Click the "Contact for Pricing" button to let me know you're interested in starting a project.

Get a free consultation: I will then schedule a free 30 minute consultation so we can discuss your vision, needs, and pricing.

Pay your deposit: Once we have connected and agreed to work together on your project, I will send you a contract to begin work. I will provide an estimate of my services based on information you've shared in our consultation regarding the scope of the project. I will bill a non-refundable deposit at 50% of one week's work at the cost of your service. You must sign the contract and pay the non-refundable deposit for work to begin. This deposit will be held until the end of your contract and be applied to your final bill in full. You will pay the difference between your final bill and your deposit at the end of our working relationship. (Example: You hire me on an ongoing basis for 20 hours weekly to write blogs for you. I bill this service at $50 hourly. You will pay $1000 weekly for this service. You will pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to begin your service. Our contract lasts for 6 months. Your last bill from me at the end of the 6 months will be credited $500 for the deposit you already paid. You will receive a final bill of $500 to end our contract.)

Send me your requirements: Once your deposit has cleared, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to gain more insight and document your specific marketing needs. (I will not begin work on your project until I receive these requirements. I need them to be properly equipped to give you my best work. Delaying this will delay completion of your project.)

Schedule: Once all requirements are received, I will schedule your dedicated service and share the timeline with you. (All timelines are subject to business days only, Mon - Fri, CST.)

Receive your deliverables and maintain communication: I will send your deliverables for approval according to our agreed upon timeline and the schedule I've shared with you. I will stay in contact regarding any questions that arise or delays that become expected. This will carry out as a regular work relationship, and you will need to maintain communication and provide any requested information in a timely manner in order to keep the project on track. Please ensure you watch for emails and provide needed approvals, revision requests, and/or other information quickly, so I can complete your project according to our agreed upon timeline.

Submit payroll weekly: I will send you a bill, according to our contract, on Friday of each week. Your bill must be paid and show payment is processing by end of day the following Tuesday. If payroll has not processed timely, work will be halted until payment is received and confirmation that you wish to continue services is received. (Example: I have completed agreed upon hours and all expected deliverables according to our contract for the week of July 8th. I send you a bill for said services on July 12th. You must have payment-in-full processing by 5pm CST on July 16th in order to continue services without interruption.)

If you want to discontinue services preemptively: If you decide you're unhappy with my work, you do have some options. Consult with Contra's procedures regarding dispute processes.

Please be advised that upfront payments and payroll payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

Additionally, I do require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of one week's worth of work to begin hourly paid projects. This amount remains non-refundable, even if you decide you are unhappy with my performance. If you decide to cancel services prior to contract fulfillment, this deposit will become non-redeemable toward your final bill and you will be billed in full for all completed work. This is due to unexpected cancellation without notice prior to the expected end of our contract, which causes me unexpected loss of income. Thank you for understanding.

Custom graphics are not included, nor is keyword research or any in-depth strategy or research. Graphics will be AI generated, stock, or client provided. All SEO and keyword research will need to be client provided. For custom graphics and/or SEO audits and keyword research, please see the other billing tiers.

Services billed at $75 hourly
With this package you can get a comprehensive SWOT analysis covering all aspects of your digital presence, including SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, CRO analysis, idea curation, and additional insights one time or ongoing. Expect this to take about one month billed at 20 hours weekly for one report. You can also use this tier to create a custom package, combining multiple services from various billing tiers on an ongoing basis. For instance, you would like to receive a monthly analytics audit, quarterly SEO and keyword audit, 3 weekly blogs with related social posts, and a monthly deliverable with custom design and graphics billed at 30 hours a week.
