Get the whole shebang with dedicated service and a custom, human designed, 2D brand kit for your business!
I'm a marketer, content creator, and graphic designer with 10 years of professional experience helping businesses build their brand. My process involves asking you the right questions from the beginning, so I can help you to articulate your branding needs. I will also do my own research to ensure the final result is unique, competitive, and represents your business well.

Process

Contact me: Click the "Contact for Pricing" button to let me know you're interested in starting a project.
Get a free consultation: I will then schedule a free 30 minute consultation so we can discuss your vision, needs, and pricing.
Pay your deposit: Once we have connected and agreed to work together on your brand design, I will send you a contract to begin work. I bill $3,500 for this logo design package, payable in milestones. You must sign the contract and pay a $1,750 non-refundable deposit milestone for work to begin.
Send me your requirements: Once your deposit has cleared, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to gain more insight and document your specific branding needs. (I will not begin work on your project until I receive these requirements. I need them to be properly equipped to give you my best work. Delaying this will delay completion of your project.)
Schedule: Once all requirements are received, I will schedule your dedicated service and share the timeline with you. (All timelines are subject to business days only, Mon - Fri, CST.)
Receive your mock-ups: Within 7-10 business days from your project start date (see above steps), I will send your initial mock-ups for approval. Please ensure you watch for these and provide your approval and any revisions quickly, so I can complete your project according to the timeline.
Approval without revisions = final payment and delivery of final project! If you choose a design without any revisions, first pay your final bill of $1,750. I will then send you the final deliverables by 5pm CST three business days after payment clears. I will not send your deliverables until the final bill is paid in full. (Example: If you approve and payment clears on Friday, you will get your deliverables by 5pm CST the following Wednesday.)
Approval with revisions: If you like one of your mock-ups but want a few little tweaks, I'll complete your requested changes then return the design for your final approval within 6-8 business days. Then it's back to step #7! (This option is available three times, but using it more than once may extend the timeline of your project.)
Request another round of mock-ups: You can use one of your revision requests to get a new round of mock-ups instead. Please share precisely the changes you would like to see in the new round of mock-ups. We're back to step #6! (This option will change the timeline of your project.)
NOTE: You will not be able to use this option more than once, but I do offer à la carte add-ons if you would like to purchase another round of mock-ups. Please be aware that selecting à la carte add-ons will be billed upfront and will change the timeline of your project.
If you want to decline all concepts: If you decide you're unhappy with my work, and decline all proposed concepts, you do have some choices. Consult with Contra's procedures regarding dispute processes.
NOTE: I do offer à la carte add-ons, paid in full upfront, that you can purchase to get additional revisions, mockups, and more. Using these options will extend the timeline of your project.
Please be advised that upfront payments are non-refundable.
Additionally, I do require a non-refundable deposit of $1,750 to begin this logo design project. This amount remains non-refundable, even if you decide you are unhappy with my final designs.

What's included

  • 4 Initial Mock-ups

    I will provide 4 mock-ups for you to choose between before finalizing your brand design.

  • 3 Revision Requests

    Once you have selected a brand strategy from your initial mock-ups, you can request up to three rounds of revisions to perfectly bring your vision to life.

  • Web and Print Quality Transparencies

    I will provide initial 72dpi and 300dpi PNG transparency files for you, so you can use them in your online and print projects right away.

  • Vector files

    I will provide vector files (both SVG and EPS) for you, so you can use them in your online and print projects immediately. SVG is better for online use, while EPS is better for print.

  • Matching Favicon

    I will provide a favicon to match your brand, so you can use it on your website and other online platforms. This will be provided in PNG format by default, since it's the most widely used format for websites today. But if you prefer another file format, just let me know!

  • 2 Logo Variations

    There are instances where your main logo design may not show up as well. For instance, when users view your website in dark mode it could make your main logo design harder to see. You may also want to use your logo against an image background or color that makes it more difficult to see. I will provide 2 logo variations (1 white and 1 in a color scheme from your brand) so you are prepared for these situations.

  • Social Media Kit

    You will get branded banners and icons to use in your social media platforms of choice, provided in PNG format.

  • Branded Stationary

    You will get a branded letterhead, as well as branded envelopes, business cards, address labels, and stickers in digital files for the platform of your choice (Microsoft Word, Google Doc, etc) so you can print and use them indefinitely.

  • Email Branding

    You will get a branded email header and signature to use in your business emails.

  • Style Guide

    You will get a style guide for your brand so you can keep documentation for all your branding together in one, easy to reference place.

  • Source Files

    You will get full ownership, access, and copyrights to the original source files for your final logo design.
