Provide a complete layout of a full-funnel strategy to execute on your own should you choose to.

Scenario modeling to project ad spend/MER goals.
Review 12 months of advertising metrics including profit margins, COGs, overhead expenses, revenue, and net profit percentages. This will be used to project MER/net profit goals.
Customer lifetime value scenario modeling
Analysis of abandoned cart potential revenue loss
Generate website performance monitor report
Review current email sequence flows and recommend improvements to sequence buildouts (excluding copy--flow buildout only)
After all of the neccessary data is collected and analyzed, it's compiled together in a comprehensive report that will be presented over a 2-3 hour video call.
