Step 1: Initial Consultation An initial call to get the ball rolling and to allow me to understand your business goals, target audience, and current marketing efforts. Together, we define the specific areas of focus for the CRO project and outline the project timeline and expected deliverables.
Step 2: Data Collection This is when I initially need access to data in order to compile everything for all the analyses. I gather essential data on your website traffic, conversions, user behaviour, audience demographics, Email marketing data (including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates), content performance, and anything else we can find.
Step 3: In-depth Analysis This is when the fun begins. I do a comprehensive analysis of all that data, along with an in-depth audit of your website, looking for any pain points or areas of improvement
Step 4: Results Based on the analysis, I develop a tailored conversion rate optimization strategy. Key areas for improvement are prioritized, and clear, goals are set for improvements.

    Totally depends on your data. For example, analyzing the information available for a multi-million dollar website with millions of users and thousands of touchpoints would take much less effort and time than analyzing your average business's website with 3 pages and only a couple hundred users.

  • Timeframe?

    Also depends on your data, but it shouldn't take more than 1-3 weeks, provided the information is delivered on time and that the data is valid.
